Comment: I purchased this home without having seen it in person. Michelle was extremely helpful in giving me an honest and realistic impression. Not only did she walk me through with videos that she put together she also put me in touch with inspectors, contractors and insurance agents. It made me feel comfortable with making an offer. She also supported my decisions regarding the work that needed to be done to bring it to my standards and ultimately negotiate the purchase price with that in mind. I will definitely consult with her regarding any future investments on the island. Michelle has also continued to be supportive getting me settled. She has gone beyond my expectations....

Incredible patience, incredible market knowledge, incredible positivity, and extremely responsive and reliable. She also takes her work very seriously and is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty if that?s what it takes. Comment: Words really can't describe who Michelle Cheadle is to me and my buying experience. Looking to buy from out of state, Michelle went above and beyond- if I found a listing, she was there within the hour with a video tour. She knew immediately what I was looking for. When I found my dream home, she was my eyes and ears- I never personally saw the property until the night before closing, however, I was incredibly confident. Michelle fought for me to secure the house, put me in touch with the best lender on the island, handled everything for me before, during and to this day, I still call her for documents, advice navigating the island, and she is always right there. I would never choose another realtor because of the personal service and friendship she provided me. In fact, when my parents moved here as well, and were looking to buy, I knew only one person to call. To say I was in the very best hands is an understatement. Michelle is a hustler, with a heart of gold. To go with anyone else when buying here, is a disservice to yourself....
