Gilda helped me sell 2 properties. The first was my mother's home, which needed to be sold after she passed. The house was well maintained and immaculate, but outdated. Gilda urged me to removed the wallpaper and get it painted a "Pottery Barn" color. I did, we got into the selling season  early, and the house was under agreement in less than 2 weeks. Several years later she helped me sell my home of 37 years. It got a lowball offer the first showing, but we held fast and within weeks that property was under agreement as well. Gilda started out as my realtor; now we are friends. I have recommended her to many people, including my own son, who bought his home with her help. She goes out of her way to search for you, take you to properties, and do everything in her power to get a deal to come together. I would not hesitate to use her again or refer friends to her.

Gilda remained gracious, patient and knowledgeable, even as our search expanded beyond Canton and lasted longer than anticipated. In  addition, we always appreciated her honesty and sense of humor.

I think a true testament to Gilda's personality, tact and ability was attending open houses with her and seeing her interact with other realtors - in comparison to them, Gilda's professionalism and composure always stood out and we were glad to have her as our agent!
