It seemed quite by accident that I was able to engage Carol as my realtor. After owning my own home for over fifty five years and relocating back to New England from Florida to be with family, I began looking online for a place to live. I began my search and when two different realtors failed to return my calls or email, Carol was there to assist me. She determined that I did not have a realtor and she began her quest to determine my needs. Together we found the perfect rental property for me, and I take occupancy on April 1 in a ground floor apartment which is just right re: space, price and location.

Her interest and compassion for my needs were apparent from the beginning. We explored both rental and purchase properties such as a condo. In spite of her busy schedule with appointments she had already made, I never felt hurried, or that she didn?t have time for me. She was very flexible and always offered an option when I needed to provide data, or see property. She even showed me property that she felt was outside the scope of my desired area, and I realized that she probably knew more about what I needed and wanted than I did. I was amazed at how fast the rental market moved and was thrilled when she found me the right place in Clinton, just 7 miles from my family in Madison.

Carol is very personable and never made me feel that just because I was renting, (not able too purchase one of the beautiful places in this area), that my needs weren?t also important. I am amazed at her ability to accomplish this. I am also in awe of her awareness of her field, and how to locate just the right property for her clients. It was great to have her walk me through what to expect, and what was expected of me. She made the whole experience easy and certainly helped minimize the stress with such an endeavor, since I wanted to take occupancy by April first.

I highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs and feel very fortunate that I was able to connect with her.
