My wife and I worked with Stephano in the summer of 2019. Prior to us meeting in person, we had e-mail and phone communication back and forth for a few weeks. During this entire time, he was very communcative and made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for in our first home.

When we did meet in person, he was more than helpful in our search for a home! During the home search process, he made sure he highlighted potential issues with homes (Example, "flipper" homes that were poorly painted that they painted the windows shut).

One of the things I appreciated most about Stephano was the fact that he was on vacation in Greece during part of the closing process for us, if we contacted him or needed him, he got back to us ASAP.
