It's easy to sell the towns you love. I enjoy what I do because I have a genuine enthusiasm for helping people get to the next real estate stage in their lives, whether it be selling or buying a home. Fairfield County has so many wonderful towns - it's fun to see my clients get settled and start experiencing all they have to offer. We live in one of the prettiest parts of the country! I especially like helping sellers come up with a plan to get their home ready to put on the market. After my initial walk-through, I do a full Pre-Sale Recommendation - room by room - to let you know what needs to be done in order for your house to look its very best. I do all of my own Staging and will hold your hand throughout the process. Staging and creative marketing are my strengths.
