They made the entire home buying process, especially for first timers, extremely manageable and easy. And I presume making it seem like a piece of cake was no easy feat considering this crazy housing market! When we began the process of our search or our first home, we received several recommendations that they were the team to use. From the beginning Kim and Melanie were open and honest, and gave us a detailed idea about how the home buying process usually works. They also listened intently to our wants/needs for our first home, which I believe was a major factor in us finding our house so quickly. In the end, we bought a home that fit all of our wishes. We couldn't be happier with the purchase we made, and much of that is due to Kim and Melanie's continued support and advice throughout the process. After the offer was accepted, Kim and Melanie were extremely helpful in the remaining processes of home inspection, purchase and sale agreements, and closing. Kim also insisted on going to the home inspection with us to make sure everything went smoothly! And even after the closing, when questions came up about initial repairs, etc. Kim and Melanie were the ones we turned to for questions. We would recommend this team to anyone.
