I really can't say enough about the work Lori Talanian did for me, when I began to search for a house. On a professional and personal level, Lori was the exact realtor I needed to accompany me as I purchased a new home. When we began to look at homes in the areas I requested, Lori was careful not to superimpose her opinion on my reactions to a property. Instead she seemed to take note of what I was drawn to and what I couldn't handle. When I finally saw the property I would eventually buy, I think Lori knew before I did that this condo would be "it." Besides Lori's professional connections and expertise, I can't say enough about how her perspective, patience and sense of humor supported this process. She was available by phone and text whenever I needed something explained. In retrospect, I can't imagine how I could have done this with someone else.
