"Kara was able to provide any answers I had in regards to the property always keeping me informed in a timely fashion. Kara worked diligently with my attorney, the bank as well as the seller to make sure that this transaction was completed. Although closing was delayed on several occasions due to the seller, Kara refused to take no for an answer and ensured that I was able to close.

Kara was friendly, patient, informative and professional. She made herself available outside of normal business hours to accommodate my work schedule. Kara also coordinated sending many documents for permits, zoning and closing. If it weren't for Kara I do not believe that I would have purchased property on Nantucket.
