Jim did an outstanding job helping to prepare, market and sell two of my homes.

The first one was in Cos Cob and sold in three days with backup bids.

The other was a Ninetheenth Century Colonial near the water in Riverside. Jim used a period photo to market this one, showing the original wrap around porch with Gazebo which had been removed decades prior. We had two bidders and the purchaser eventually renovated my beautiful old home to its original grandeur including adding the porch and Gazebo.
