To whom it may concern;

George Santos was the realtor for the sale of our property at 66 Berkshire Drive, Farmington, CT. The property was inherited and although the house was basically sound, it was dated and had been abused by renters. After we had cleaned up what we could, we were unsure how much we should put into the house before we placed it on the market. We had consulted several people on this, including other realtors, contractors, and friends, and had received several opinions, all different and none really beneficial to achieving our goal ? to sell the house with minimum hassle and the maximum profit.
When we met George, he was the first person who presented a plan to guide us in that direction. After we hired George he gave us guidance as to what to do, while he worked diligently at his end. When the ?for sale? sign went up, we had a buyer within a week, in part due to a realistic sale price, thanks to George?s guidance.
I am firmly convinced that we would still be floundering had we not used Georges services. We would highly recommend him for your real estate needs.
