If you prefer not to read this entire post, here's the gist: You won't find another agent willing to go out of their way, learn your family's needs, and find you the home you're looking for. My family of three started looking for homes in 2022. Our daughter was growing, and our one-bedroom's walls were closing in. We found a random agent (not Estelle) who haphazardly showed us homes for over a year. Nice enough, but no effort to help us find something we could afford and actually get in a tough market. As we expanded our search, the agent decided she was no longer interested in helping us. We went to an open house and were lucky enough to meet Estelle. Like any good salesperson, she learned about us instead of pushing an agenda. When we knew our time was over with our first agent, we asked Estelle to help, and she didn?t waste a second. She not only found us incredible homes to see, but was also patient with us, taught us what to look out for (like utilities, schools, neighborhoods, etc.), and was great with our daughter. Most importantly, in a market where every house has 10 offers, she stayed aggressive and used creative ways to make our offers stand out, even when they might not have been the "best" on paper. Within a few months, we had found a home and a friend. Don?t waste your time with other agents?this is the one. Happy house hunting!
