Since relocating to Cape Cod in 1988, I have enjoyed daily walks with my two dogs, Bear and Slate, to the West Yarmouth Cranberry bogs after work. My partner, Becky, has been my steadfast companion for nearly three decades, offering invaluable advice and treating me to delicious home-cooked meals. My pride and joy are my two children, Nick and Caroline, who have established themselves in the Boston area. Additionally, Becky's children, Nicole and Kyle, reside with us here on Cape Cod, enriching our lives every day. While sports are not a personal interest of mine, I am passionately dedicated to continuous learning in real estate investment (REI). I immerse myself in REI materials through audiobooks, YouTube tutorials, and engaging Zoom calls, actively participating in various investor communities and occasionally collaborating on deals within these networks.
