Danae (pronounced Donna) Richards is a top producing agent and Sales Vice-President in the Chappaqua office of William Raveis. Danae has been selling homes for over 19 years and for the past several years she has been recognized as a Chairman's Elite award winner for being in the top 10% in sales for the company. Danae's past professional experience in project management, customer relations, operations, and retail sales uniquely position her for success in todays fast-paced real estate environment. Danae has an in-depth understanding of the entire marketing process from preparation of a marketing analysis through closing. Additionally, she had been intricately involved in the creation and maintenance of her previous Real Estate affliction's website. Coupled with a 15 year background in project management, operations, retail sales and customer relations, these skills uniquely places Danae in a position of strength in today's real estate market. Prior to Real Estate Danae was a Project Manager and Director of Operations with the Vitamin Shoppe and Federated Department Stores.
