Chris loves everything about real estate, from the thrill of the hunt down to making a space livable while being simultaneously beautiful. Friends often refer to him as the "Space Whisperer," as he's learned to be very efficient with layouts/interior spacing. Chris chalks that up to part passion, part taste, and part living in tiny apartments for the majority of his 20+ years in NYC.
Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Chris holds two degrees from Syracuse University in Advertising and Italian. He spent seven years living in Gramercy co-op, and currently resides in a co-op he owns in Murray Hill. Chris has also owns and manages a condo in Provincetown, MA since 2019.
