With only 10 years in the business, Bill has combined his education, corporate sales and marketing experience to become a top local area Realtor in 2020. Before getting into real estate, Bill combined his BA from Georgetown and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute into a successful corporate career in the high tech data industry. Bill not only managed the data infrastructure for Fortune 50 accounts, he created top sales teams which won numerous industry awards. Since transitioning to real estate, Bill has been a contributing member on top Shoreline real estate teams before going out on his own, three years ago. Over the course of his career, Bill has built an extensive network of clients and business partners who have helped him to achieve recent Platinum levels of sales in Real Estate. To do this Bill puts a huge emphasis on communication, he knows both the speed and clarity of how he communicates helps his client to achieve their real estate goals. As the current market picked up pace, so did Bill. ?Relying on old methods just isn't good enough. There is more of a need to act quickly and I use all of the tools available, including social media, video and other new cutting edge means of communicating with clients. I recognize the value of my clients and the trust they place in me. That?s why I treat everyone like family. I?m in the deal for the long haul and still maintain business relationships and friendships with my initial clients. My clients have been the means to my ultimate success in 2020 and I have to thank them for the referrals and the business they sent my way. This year Bill represented the buyers on the locally famous Potato Island transaction. One of the largest Thimble Islands off the coast of Connecticut. After participating in an island sale, you can manage any transaction. It has more complexities than other real estate transactions I have participated in to date. ?In the corporate world, I would have retired last year, but real estate gives me the flexibility to pursue my goals at any age and I love what I?m doing. So what does 2023 bring? Well, first of all, I started a team this year to surpa's anything I have done before, in real estate. I'm taking my corporate team building skills and putting them to the test. I?m not looking to create the biggest team, but establish more of a high end boutique experience for my clients, no matter what their spending level. Individually, I have already exceeded projections based on last year's sales and it?s only March. Besides real estate, Bill is an avid tennis player and pickleball player,as well as, an amateur photographer.
